Please be a good neighbour! Respect the quiet community of Scarborough and your neighbour’s right to quiet enjoyment of their home.
Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy. Only registered guests shall occupy the rental property, unless written permission has been given.
All rental properties are designated for residential use. Large social gatherings, parties or events are not allowed.
Help keep Scarborough clean! Rubbish must be bagged securely and placed in the black municipal bins provided. The city will collect refuse on Tuesday mornings, so please ensure the bins are taken out last thing on Monday nights or very early on Tuesday mornings.
Please keep our beaches clean and pick up any litter you may see on the beach during your stay.
