This home has a large kitchen and a smaller downstairs kitchenette, two living rooms, spacious indoor and outdoor dining and a crystal clear swimming pool surrounded by a wooden deck. The off-street parking leads into a garage with plenty of space to park.

Middle Floor
As you walk through the front door you enter the long, bright passage way joining the kitchen, dining room and bedrooms together. All of these areas have been decorated with a warm and modern touch.

Living and Dining Room:
The open plan living and dining area also open out onto the balcony where you are greeted by stunning views of the sea. This welcoming layout layout offers a large living area with sofas, a coffee table and a stunning wooden dining room table that seats eight guests. The wood burning fireplace is perfect to heat up the place in winter, leaving the place with a warm and cozy feeling.

Kitchen:
The dining area leads into the immaculate and spacious kitchen that comes fully equipped with everything you would usually find at home and more! The ample counter space and cupboards leave plenty of room for cooking and entertaining. Below are just some of the amenities this kitchen offers:

Courtyard:
The kitchen doors open out onto a private courtyard at the back of the house which is very sheltered from the wind. At the top of the spiral staircase you will find the Master Bedroom.

Low season winter: 14 April – 14 September: R5,500 a night
(2 night minimum stay) (Peak season rates will apply to Easter weekend and 5 night minimum stay)

Mid season summer: 14 September – 14 December: R8,000 a night
(2 night minimum stay)

Peak season summer: 14 December – 14 January: R15,000 a night
(7 night minimum stay and 14 night minimum stay with Christmas and New Year)

Mid season summer: 14 January – 14 April: R8,750 a night
(2 night minimum stay except over Easter which is a 5 night minimum stay)
