Middle Level

Stacking doors lead on to a large deck with recliners looking due west to the ocean. On the south side are stack doors that open onto a deck with a table for breakfast or lunch options. On the north side is a spectacular rim flow pool with views of the ocean. To the east the deck leads to a indigenous garden with a boma and fire pit; and an outdoor shower.

The kitchen is light- and sea-facing, designed for easy cooking and relaxed, social meals. It comes fully equipped, with modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and an open-plan layout that flows naturally into the rest of the home.
